1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our identity provider (Clerk). When you connect a store (Shopify, Etsy), we access product listing data, shop metadata, and order summaries solely to provide intelligence features.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to deliver trend intelligence, listing optimization, keyword analysis, and competitive insights. We analyze aggregated, anonymized trends to improve our algorithms. We never sell your personal data or store data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party APIs (OpenAI, Stripe, Clerk, search providers) to power AI features, billing, and authentication. Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies. We transmit only the minimum data necessary for each service.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices including rate limiting, input validation, and audit logging. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, which immediately scrubs your personal data (profile details, store connections and access tokens) and cancels any active subscription. You may also request deletion by contacting us. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are privacy-respecting and do not track individual users across sites.
