Rankbit is an AI-powered trend intelligence platform for e-commerce sellers. We provide market analysis, listing optimization suggestions, keyword intelligence, and competitive insights. Our recommendations are informational and do not guarantee sales outcomes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free accounts include limited monthly uses of AI tools. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the current billing period.

5. Store Connections

When you connect a Shopify, Etsy, or other store, you authorize Rankbit to access your listing and order data for analysis. You may disconnect your store at any time. We do not modify your listings without explicit action from you.

6. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Rankbit integrates with third-party e-commerce platforms including Etsy and Shopify via their official APIs. These integrations are subject to the respective platform's terms of service and API terms of use.

You acknowledge that Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates are not the Application Developer, do not provide the Application service, and make no warranties of any kind with respect to the Application or data accessed through it.

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. Rankbit is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies.

By connecting your store, you authorize Rankbit to access your listing data through the platform's official API solely to provide the services described in these terms. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your store within Rankbit or through the respective platform's settings.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (titles, descriptions, images, concepts) is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is free from errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rankbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost sales, data loss, or business interruption.
